Oilean was established in 2003 with a vision of bringing the best possible expertise to a portfolio of small and medium sized care providers. We intend to use SVQ qualifications as a framework to allow us to develop a wider prospectus of services to small providers. We have already achieved part of our vision with the providers we work with. We have assisted with policy development, with training needs analyses, qualifications assessments and access to Investors in People assessments amongst other things.

We take the time and care to ensure that all our training is tailored to our partner's needs. For example our Child Protection Training is always presented within the context of our partners policy

Our trainers, assessors and verifiers are amongst the most experienced in the country and have worked in a wide variety of settings. Most have advanced social work qualifications. Between us we have in excess of 150 years of experience in the social care sector both as practitioners and as managers.
