The SVQ Management awards and a coaching style make a productive partnership. At Oilean we use coaching styles to support managers in their development and in achieving SVQ’s in Management at Levels 3 and 4. Coaching is about improving skills and performance for current jobs and also to support career transitions. Our coaches seek to bring an objective perspective to a structured dialogue and to support the overall development of our manager candidates.
Each manager candidate has an individual coach / assessor identified for them who will support them throughout the achievement of the their award. As with all our candidates we provide an intensive personalised service. As such it is more expensive than for example college based input. Candidates however complete at their own pace which is generally much quicker than the norm and have a much more satisfying experience.
